We were looking to buy a new sofa and looked at several places. We decided to buy from here. He had more items in stock than any other place we looked and was very up front and honest with us. He let us know that if we were planning to order the wait time is much longer than “pre- pandemic” . While other stores told us it could be in within 6 weeks and then when I questioned how likely that was they then told me not often it’s been taking up to a year but they were informed to tell their customers that. 🤯 furniture warehouse is not a chain company they are a “small mom & pop” type business. Which is definitely what we appreciate. Their prices are literally unbeatable & they offer many types of financing. We will be doing business there again for sure

At the last minute we found out we were having a family gathering and we needed a living room set bought and delivered in a couple of days. We weren’t able to go to the store to see what was in stock so I took a chance and took the salesperson at his word on quality and description. He was vey helpful and not at all pushy, and for our needs and price range he recommended Bentley furniture, which I purchased sight unseen and ask for delivery the following day. They arrived as scheduled, removed and hauled off the existing furniture (which was difficult to get out of the house), and setup the new. The delivery guys did an outstanding job and for the price, the Bently furniture exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company and will purchase from them again when the need arises.

Always a great experience here. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and what's best is they beat every price I see. They carry a pretty minimal selection, all things considered, but they always seem to have what I'm interested in, and not just filling up the place with random displays. Chris hasn't let me down yet.

I don’t understand how this place doesn’t have 5 stars from everyone?!? I just left from buying a bedroom set. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient with my needs and wants. Very thorough in going through the pros and cons of the products that I was interested in. The staff there were all very friendly and accommodating. Chris worked with me very patiently to find something that made me happy within my budget. I honestly couldn’t be happier. Thank you very much and I will definitely be back for all my future needs because the honesty and professionalism was outstanding!!

Chris is a pleasure to deal with! This is my second time purchasing from them and I won't ever to anywhere else. We had a situation where the wrong color couch was given to us(in a box) he drove the correct color to Cuero for us. Honest, good people!

Wow! What a great experience at Furniture Warehouse Direct!! Chris took so much time to listen and educate with my mom about mattresses. We bought a king size mattress for my parents and a full size for myself. If you need ANY household furniture please come by and see Chris. Not only will you walk away happy about your choice, but you will also walk away amazed about the way you were treated. Amazing customer service skills which are hard to find in today's business world. Thanks Chris

The furniture is real wood. You can look at catalogs to order what you want. The pictured set in showroom is pine and was on sale. I prefer a hardwood and that would have to be ordered. They prefer you order your furniture, so they have the display for others to see. They offered me an additional $100 off sale price to order.

We ordered a headboard for my son's bed online. It was ready for pick up about 1.5 weeks later. The sales staff was friendly and willing to help. They answered all of our questions. My husband put the headboard together. We did have to buy some nuts and bolts to bolt the bed frame to the headboard. I'm so glad my husband is "handy!"

The folks there were awesome. They had a sofa sleeper we were wanting at the store. They delivered to us on the same day of purchase 2 days before Christmas just in time for our company. The other store that starts with an A in Victoria had what we wanted on site and said 4 to 6 weeks before delivery. Will never to business with them. Thank you Furniture warehouse Direct for the best service ever.

I recently visited this furniture shop while looking for a new bedside table and was impressed with the selection. The store is well organized and the furniture quality looks very good. The staff was friendly and helped me choose a design that matches my bedroom perfectly. Prices were reasonable and the checkout process was quick. Delivery was on time and everything arrived safely.
